I ’ve selected 3 winerys.
A/Grand cru Muscat of Beaumes de Venise
For your delectation, their wine has matured over the changing seasons. It has its own particular style. Its warmth, sapidity and bouquet are enchanting. It elegantly exudes captivating charm, yielding a sweet and harmonious mouth-feel. Then the wine displays all its roundness wonderfully like a peacock’s tail. Its velvety mellowness slips down unctuously as you swallow, then bestows a warm and sensual caress, wonderful length.
B/Grand Cru of Gigondas
The situation of their Gigondas vines, nestled at the feet of the Dentelles de Montmirail, is an especially privileged location.
They still work with this passion and the love of our ground and our vineyard. They put them in all our wines - without any distinction - from their nice and simple Côtes du Rhône to their wonderful Cuvée Florence.
The traditional bands of vines on the slopes hold grape varieties of mostly Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre.
This setting, snuggling between pine trees, thyme and rosemary under a southwesterly Provencal sun, assures a complex environment guaranteeing great wines.
Free time in the village of Gigondas.
If you are interested by a wine/food pair experience, let me take you to "Le caveau des gourmets"
A formula that allows the choice to taste the neighbouring designations wines or appreciate the agreements of original savoury "verrines" according the market.
Then, let me take you to Châteauneuf-du-Pape, a medieval village on the side of a hill, guarded by the ruins of an ancient chateau towering above.
From the chateau hill you have an outstanding view in all directions, mostly of vineyards, of course.
C/Grand cru of Châteauneuf du Pape
By the judicious blending of the thirteen grape varieties that are grown at Château Mont-Redon we endeavour to produce wines that combine complexity with ripe fruit and soft tannins.
In their Châteauneuf Rouge, this is demonstrated by the way that the wine develops over 10 to 12 years.
Red Châteauneuf du Pape, its colour is usually dark purple in the first years, slowly evolving towards a deep, intense ruby.
Over time, the opulent fruit aromas are enhanced with spicy and smoky notes which, in turn, evolve into a rounded and delicate bouquet.
