Wine tasting at The Domain of Chateau Pesquié

Château Pesquié enjoys a particularly favorable microclimate. The southern slopes of Mont Ventoux are blessed with outstanding levels of sunshine (an annual average of 8 hours of sunshine per day with up to 12 hours per day in July). This dry climate reinforced by the Mistral, the frequent north wind, is ideal for the cultivation of healthy vines.

-  Then Bedoin, at the foot of the Géant de Provence : Bedoin is a lovely little agricultural village of the Mont Ventoux region. Spread out over a large area, it comprises several hamlets all of which are blessed with that Mediterranean climate of sun nearly every day of the year

-  Open air Market every Monday Morning.

-  Then , I will take you to the top of the Mont Ventoux (1912 meters high), from where you would not resist from taking nice panoramic pictures.

-  Brantes unforgettable. In the village, the labyrinth of lanes, archways and old stonework houses huddle around the château offering a wonderful panorama of the Ventoux mountain. You will be able to discover some santon and pottery craft workshops.

Be sure to visit Martine Gilles’s pretty little workshop and see her apply her talent to the art of glazed earthenware.

-  Sault in Provence

It’s an important place on the Lavender Routes.

In the Sault countryside you will discover the genuine wild beauty of the high plateaux of Vaucluse amidst fields of golden wheat and blue lavender.

Lavender is blooming from June 30th to August 15th. Date of the Lavender Festival.

Each village is unique and has it own history and stories. You will find a warm welcome in all villages on our stop to the daily markets or on our lunch break at one of their magic places.

You will be able to select from a wide choice of best places to eat according to your taste and budget.
