4 Days in "Venasque", one of the most beautiful village in Provence

Sitting on the top of its sheer-sided rock,Venasque possesses a rich cultural heritage. It offers an absolute peace and quiet to people who need a rest.

Ideally located close to the Luberon, our village is at the heart of the most beautiful touristic sites : the lavender Sault area, the Roussillon ochers, the mystery of the Fountain of Vaucluse, the renowed l’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue antique furniture market, notorious villages like Gordes or the city of Avignon well known for its Palace of the Popes.

The athletic people will be also thrilled by the mythical Mont Ventoux for the cyclists, but also an incredible climbing site in the gorge of Venasque and many walks possible across the surrounding hills.

Built on the ancient ramparts of one of the most beautiful villages of France, your Hotel-Restaurant “LES REMPARTS” is a really charming and quiet place, overlooking a magnificent valley in the heart of Provence. Their subtle cuisine inspired by the traditional mediterranean cooking is served in their panoramic restaurant.

Your Private Tours

The itinerary of your private tours (no other passenger to share the tour) can be changed, I am very flexible, if you have your own ideas, I can customize every day tour. Of course, I can take you to a typical Provencal market. For example, on Wednesday, in Saint Rémy de Provence or on Sunday morning, the market of Isle sur La Sorgue.

Transfer from TGV Station to your Hotel in Venasque.

 Roman Monuments : "Le Pont du Gard", Antique theatre of Orange

-Day three :
 Arles : On the trail of Van Gogh,
 Les Baux de Provence : Amazing sceneries of Middle Age Village.
 Saint Rémy de Provence : Typical village of Provence

-Day four : The most beautiful villages of Luberon area.

 Bonnieux :the best view to discover the valley of Luberon
 Ménerbes :charming village, nice place for a lunch
 Roussillon :the ocher trail, the red village
 Gordes :grey stones village
 La Fontaine de Vaucluse :the biggest spring in Provence

-Day five  :

Transfer from your Hotel to TGV Station.
